| Overlapping Governmental Entities | The following governmental entities overlap with the boundaries of Westgate Metropolitan District Nos. 1‑4: Weld County; the Town of Erie; the High Plains Library District; the Mountain View Fire Protection District; the Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District; the Regional Transportation District (RTD); School District RE1J‑Longmont; and the Boulder Valley Conservation District. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Annual Meeting | The Board has determined to hold an annual meeting each calendar year on November 12, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. The Board may, in its discretion, hold a special or regular meeting immediately after conclusion of the annual meeting. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Board Meetings | The Board has determined to not hold regular meetings at this time. Instead, the Board will call special meetings on an as needed basis for District business. Meetings may be held at a physical location, or by telephonic, electronic, or virtual means, or a combination of the foregoing, in the Board’s discretion. Consistent with Section 32-1-903(6)(a), C.R.S., the District shall hold an annual meeting each calendar year on November 12, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. The Board may, in its discretion, hold a special or regular meeting immediately after conclusion of the annual meeting. |
